2.7 “Partner Supplier” means any third-party vendor, delivery partner, aggregator platform, or logistics provider collaborating with Khabaaz (for example, Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).

2.9 “Reservation” means any table booking or advance booking made for dine-in or events.
Section 3: Ordering & Reservations
3.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or making a reservation. You confirm that the payment details provided are valid and authorized.
3.2 All products and services purchased are for personal consumption only and not for resale or commercial redistribution unless expressly agreed in writing.
3.3 Orders may be placed:

- Via third-party platforms (such as food aggregators),
- Over the phone, or
- Directly at our outlet(s).
3.4 Once your order or reservation is accepted, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, email, app notification, or through the third-party platform.
3.5 All orders and reservations are subject to availability of tables, kitchen capacity, and products. In case of unavailability, we may cancel, modify, or reschedule your order or reservation and will inform you accordingly.
3.6 Khabaaz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order or reservation without assigning any reason.
3.7 Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our food, modifications or cancellations after confirmation are generally not permitted. In exceptional cases, changes may be allowed at our discretion and may be subject to additional charges.
3.8 For group bookings, events, or catering orders, additional terms may apply, including advance payment and specific cancellation rules, which will be shared at the time of booking.
Section 4: Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices listed on the Website and in-store menus are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, cash (for eligible offline orders), and any other modes as updated by us from time to time.
4.3 Prices, offers, and menu items are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
4.4 We do not store your payment card details. All online transactions are processed securely by third-party payment gateways.
4.5 We will never ask you for OTPs, CVV, PIN, passwords, or other sensitive banking information over phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Please do not share such information with anyone claiming to be from Khabaaz.
Section 5: Dine-In, Takeaway & Delivery Policy
5.1 Service Areas:
We currently serve dine-in and takeaway at our Noida location(s) and offer delivery to select areas through in-house delivery and/or third-party partners. Service areas may change without prior notice.
5.2 Delivery Timelines (if delivery is offered):
- Estimated delivery time is generally between 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on order size, kitchen load, and delivery location.
- Pre-orders, bulk orders, or catering may require 24 to 48 hours’ notice, especially for special or large menus.
5.3 Delivery and preparation times are indicative and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, peak hours, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.4 Delivery will typically be attempted once to the address provided by you. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the order will be treated as completed and no refund will be issued.
5.5 We may not be able to service orders during curfews, natural calamities, government restrictions, or safety concerns. In such situations, orders may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion.
5.6 The risk and responsibility for the Products pass to you upon delivery or handover at the restaurant (for takeaway). Please check your order at the time of receipt.
5.7 We are not responsible for delays or service issues caused by third-party delivery partners, aggregators, or logistics providers.
Section 6: Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are normally not allowed due to the fresh and perishable nature of our food.
6.2 Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered,
- Significant quality issues, or
- Clearly damaged product at the time of delivery/collection.
6.3 Any complaint must be raised within 2 hours of delivery or pickup, along with photo or video evidence shared with us via our official WhatsApp, email, or support channel.
6.4 All refund or replacement decisions will be at the sole discretion of Khabaaz after internal review.
6.5 Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Timeframes may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
6.6 For reservations and event bookings, separate cancellation and refund terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Section 7: Allergies & Dietary Preferences
7.1 Our dishes may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as gluten, nuts, dairy, sesame, soy, eggs, and others.
7.2 It is your responsibility to inform us clearly about any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before placing an order or consuming our food.
7.3 While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment and cross-contamination may occur.
7.4 Khabaaz shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or adverse effects arising from failure to inform us of allergies or from consumption of our products despite warnings.
