We take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food for every guest. As our dishes are made-to-order and perishable, please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order or making a reservation.


1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Instant Orders (Dine-in / Takeaway / Immediate Delivery)
Once an order is confirmed (online, phone, or in-person), it cannot be cancelled as food preparation begins immediately.

1.2 Pre-orders / Scheduled Orders
For advance or scheduled orders, cancellation requests made within 1 hour of placing the order may be considered on a case-by-case basis by emailing info@khabaaz.com or calling +91 88827 87792. Approval is at Khabaaz’s sole discretion.

1.3 Khabaaz-Initiated Cancellations
Khabaaz reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product unavailability or quality concerns
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Operational or safety issues

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Due to the perishable nature of our food, refunds will be provided only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Damaged, spoiled, or clearly unsafe product
    • Must be reported within 2 hours of delivery or pickup with photo or video evidence
  • Non-delivery due to an error on Khabaaz’s part

2.2 Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, festivals, strikes, or third-party delivery issues
  • Personal taste preferences or subjective quality opinions
  • Orders where delivery was attempted but failed due to:
    • Wrong address shared by customer
    • Customer/recipient unavailability
    • Refusal to accept the order

2.3 Once approved, refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Actual credit timelines may vary as per your bank or payment gateway.


3. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • An equivalent item of equal value (if the original is unavailable),

subject to verification and availability, at the sole discretion of Khabaaz.


4. Delivery & Dine-in Rescheduling

4.1 Delivery Orders
Orders cannot usually be rescheduled once confirmed. In exceptional cases (e.g., severe weather, technical issues, or operational constraints), Khabaaz may reschedule or adjust the delivery time at its discretion.

4.2 Reservations / Group Bookings
For table bookings or group/event reservations, separate rescheduling and cancellation terms may apply, which will be shared at the time of booking.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to refunds, cancellations, or payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
